Aspen
In winter, the usual approach from Denver follows I-70 west to Glenwood Springs, then Highway 82 up the Roaring Fork Valley. Independence Pass closes seasonally. If your itinerary shows the pass in winter, plan around the Glenwood Springs route.
Check your lodging address before booking. A hotel in downtown Aspen and a condo in Snowmass Village have different drop-offs.

Snowmass Village
If your reservation says Snowmass, use the Snowmass Village lodging address when requesting a ride. For Base Village stays, ask the property which entrance serves your building. A ski-in address on a trail map may differ from the guest check-in entrance.
Traveling with skis or boards? Include the number of gear bags and suitcases when you request your transfer.

Vail
From Denver, I-70 heads west over Vail Pass. Snow or a closure on the pass can affect the return trip to DEN, so share your departure flight time when planning pickup.
Staying in Vail Village or Lionshead? Ask your hotel for its vehicle entrance. A property name and arrival address are more useful to your chauffeur than a pin on a pedestrian plaza.

Breckenridge
The usual Denver route leaves I-70 at exit 203 in Frisco and follows Highway 9 south into Breckenridge. For a resort stay, give the building or lodge name as well as the street address. For a rental, check whether the key pickup and the property are at different locations.

Include your date, pickup time, destination address and number of travelers. List suitcases, ski bags, snowboards and any requested stops so LURUX can confirm space, availability and pricing for your itinerary.
For a return flight, allow extra time for weekend traffic and winter road closures. Check the Colorado road conditions map before departure.
