You can read our travel guides without entering contact or trip details. The hosting service receives technical information, such as your IP address and the page you request, to deliver the site. LURUX’s pages contain no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded booking forms.
When you request a ride
Our booking links open LURUX’s customer portal on Moovs. Information you enter there may include your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates, flight information and trip notes. LURUX uses the details you submit to respond to your request, coordinate transportation and communicate about your ride.
If the portal requests payment details, enter them only in its designated payment fields. Keep card numbers and other sensitive details out of trip notes.

For a question about a LURUX trip record or to request a correction or deletion, email LURUX at luruxride@gmail.com. If your question concerns a reservation, include your trip date or confirmation number so we can locate your trip record.
